I've found over the years that about 1/4 of all parts I've bought are wrong, usually the parts guy just looked it up wrong, or the book was wrong, or the manufacturer changed a part # without proper documentation, or (I hate this one), I screwed up when ordering. ... So onw should compare, measure, and take a moment to make sure the new parts are right before installing them. If something doesn't "seem" right, it probably isn't.
